I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was exceptional, especially from Nicole G at the Lobby Lounge, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, there was a frustrating incident with cabana service that dampened my overall enjoyment. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would definitely consider returning for the beautiful surroundings and fantastic service.

I had an amazing honeymoon at Dusit Thani! The staff paid great attention to our stay, and the room condition was excellent.
